Attend A Rally Against ObamaCare (Government-Run Health Care)

November 3, 2009 – Thousands of concerned citizens will be in Washington, D.C. to protest the Obama/Pelosi/Reid nationalized health care plan. The rally will take place at noon at the Capitol Building on November 5 (Thursday).

Those who can’t make the trip to D.C. should make a “House Call” to their Senators or U.S. Representative’s district office at noon on November 5 with an anti-ObamaCare sign and a letter opposing the nationalization of our health care system. (Copy TVC’s CapWiz letter and take a copy to your legislator’s office in your state.)

If visiting a local office, take friends and family along – and contact the media. Let reporters know you’re going. Take your children and grandchildren along as well. It’ll be a good education for them! If your legislator is against the ObamaCare plan, be sure your signs reflect that!

Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s version of ObamaCare will cost $1.2 trillion

-- Pelosi’s plan will create 111 new bureaucracies.

-- It will fund death panels and fund abortion.

-- Pelosi’s plan will result in 10.2 million seniors losing their Medicare Advantage.

-- Pelosi’s bill will tax medical instruments, including a 2.5% tax on pacemakers and artificial limbs.

-- Section 501 of PelosiCare imposes a 2.5% tax on anyone who fails to get “acceptable coverage” as mandated by the government.
