Miller falsely claims that the Bible and Jesus talk about love and family, but never explicitly define marriage as a union of one man and one woman. This is clearly untrue as evidenced by Genesis 2:24-25 and the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 19:1-8.

Miller dismisses the Old and New Testament condemnations of homosexuality because “our modern understanding of the world has surpassed its prescriptions.”

To make her comments sound credible, she quotes Neil Elliott, who believes that our modern notions of sexual orientation trump the ancient biblical views of sexuality.

Miller claims that the Bible is a “living” document, which can apparently be redefined by modern scholars who reject the clear meaning of the Bible in supporting man-woman marriage and condemning homosexual behaviors.

There has never been a school of medicine, a journal of medicine, the American Psychological Association, American Psychiatric Association or the National Academy of Sciences that has ever stated it has found a “gay gene.”

To make the assumptions that Miller makes, she has her back against the wall because science doesn’t support her.

Homosexuality is not to be compared with immutable characteristics like color of skin, hair formation or eye formation. Many people have come out of the social order of homosexuality and are successfully living heterosexual lives.

Miller doesn’t seem to understand that the male and female bodies are created by God for reproduction. Miller’s assessment of the Bible totally denies the reality of this fact.
