Montgomery County School District Sued Over Homosexual Propaganda
May 5, 2005 –Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays & Gays (PFOX) has filed a lawsuit against the Montgomery County (Maryland) School District over its promotion of homosexual-affirming religious groups while censoring ex-homosexual resources. The lawsuit was filed by Liberty Counsel on behalf of PFOX.The Montgomery County School District has approved a new sex education curriculum that denigrates ex-homosexuals but refers readers to pro-homosexual religious sources. According to PFOX leader Regina Griggs: “In addition, when we submitted ex-gay materials to the School Board and Committee, it rejected them and approved literature by gay activist groups that makes negative references to ex-gays.”
