Heritage Foundation Publishes Major Report On Sex Education
July 2, 2004 – A major new report on abstinence versus "safer sex" materials has just been published by the Heritage Foundation. The report, "Comprehensive Sex Education vs. Authentic Abstinence: A Study Of Competing Curricula," reveals that so-called "abstinence-plus" sex education programs have radically different messages than abstinence education. The results are startlingly different as well. The report is available for downloading on the Heritage Foundation web site.
