July 23, 2008 – In our "How Dumb Is This?" Department, Senator Harry Reid, the Senate Majority Leader, told his fellow Senators last week that he “can’t ever remember going home” and hearing voters complain to him about Bush’s blocked judicial nominations or judicial activism.
